Groups
Email is the new town square — at least for this family. Here's who's in each group and when to send what.
How groups work
Each group below is just an email address. Send a message to the address and everyone in that group gets it in their inbox — like emailing one person, except it's twenty. Replies can go just to the sender, or back to the whole group. No app to install, no account to remember, no algorithm deciding whether someone sees your kid's first day of school.
Each group also has a browser view where you can read the archive and reply on the web. That part needs a Google account — most of you already have access automatically. Sending and replying by email works for everyone, no Google account required.
You can also visit groups.google.com to see every group you're a member of in one place. If a group you expect to see is missing, email techsupport@rudysmithfamily.com and we'll get it sorted.
